The processes carried out in our plants are:

Design: Our highly qualified and experienced team allows us to develop from a brand, to a complete collection. Besides, we invested in technical equipment and fashion trends information, which allow us to develop products in a suitable way.

Pattern design: We have the most modern CAD CAM equipment, to perform pattern changes, graduations, and laid outs.

Cutting: We have automatic laid out and cutting tables, as well as digital plotters for marking and an Eastman flow system.

Tailoring: Plants which have automatic equipment to perform critic seams and to guarantee a constant quality.

Laundry: We are able to perform all damp finishes: Stone Wash, Stone Bleach, Distress, Rinse, as well as ovens for Wrinkle Free and brushes for Sand Blast.

We also have well equipped laboratories which comply with all ASTM and ATCC regulations for the performance of tests, equalization and follow up of all the processes which take place in our laundry.
