We have plants which are specialized in the following processes:

Spinning: Our plants respond 100%, to our needs in the weave area, and allow us to offer for sale, yarn with the highest quality standards.

We produce ring, open end, combed, twisted yarns, and two piece threads, all in different compositions and calibers. Our main raw materials are cotton, polyester, nylon and mixtures, as well as denims and jerseys. We offer a wide variety of weights, constructions, finishes and stampedes. We also produce specific developments in weaves, and finishes.

Weave: We produce cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon and combined fabrics as well as denim and tricot with cutting edge technology.
We offer a wide variety in weights, constructions, finishing and printing.
We also make specific developments in weave and finishing.

Finish: We have the best continuous and discontinuous equipment for the descrude and preparation, continuous dying with the Pad System and Thermosol, to the discontinuous in jets, jiggers, pad batch, stamped with a unique design equipment support, chemical and physical finishes.

We also have a colorimeter equipment, modern color kitchens, laboratories, and an efficient logistic to share, distribute and give technical support to our customers.

Laboratories: All of Kaltex® processes are perfectly controlled and monitored by our certified laboratories, in Mexico and worldwide.
